Ingredients
- 2 Bagels
- 3 Fillets of Smoked Mackerel
- 1 Eating Apple
- 4 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
- 1-2 tsp Horseradish
Method
- Slice and toast the two bagels
- Mix together the Yoghurt and Horseradish
- spoon the Yoghurt and Horseradish mixture of the toasted bagels
- Core, half and slice the Apple
- place the sliced apple on top of the Yoghurt and Horseradish mixture
- break up the Smoked Mackerel into bite size chunks an place on the slices of Apple
- grind some black pepper over the top
